costs for activity of our Field Post Section are not sponsored by Union of
Czech Philatelists nor any other organization, all of them incl. costs of
postage should be paid by members of the section. That is why we have to ask you to enclose an international
response coupon (IRC) to any of your letters, when you require our answer .
